Monarch is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect the absolute minimum data required to operate our system — nothing more. We don't track your usage, we don't sell your data, and we don't build profiles on you. There is absolutely zero telemetry, no "anonymous" data gets collected, and no automatic bug tracking software is used anywhere in Monarch.

While it is very unlikely, Crash reports generated by Monarch may contain personally identifiable or sensitive information. For privacy reasons, none of the crash reports that get generated will leave your device. In order for the developer to see them or know that a crash has occurred, the user must explicitly send the report to the developer.
Monarch does not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any third-party purposes.
Monarch retains your data for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion of your license, it will be removed promptly. To make such a request, contact the email address below.
Monarch takes reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Given how little user data is involved, your exposure is minimal by design.
If changes are ever made to what data Monarch collects, this policy will be updated you will be notified via Discord, Email, and the changelog that is displayed immediately upon updating the app. Notification of these changes will be released prior to the changes being implemented.
